What this site collects

Nothing. There are no cookies, no visitor tracking, no analytics, no advertising and no contact form. Every file the site uses, fonts included, is served from the site's own server, so opening a page does not connect your browser to any third party.

Server logs

The site is published on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., United States). Like any web server, the service processes technical request data such as IP address, timestamp and browser identifier in order to deliver the page and prevent abuse. We have no access to those logs and do not link them to individuals.

Getting in touch

When you contact us by email or telephone, we process the details you provide — name, contact details and the content of your message — solely to answer your enquiry and to manage a possible business relationship. The legal basis is legitimate interest and steps taken prior to entering into a contract.

We keep messages for as long as handling the matter and the business relationship require. Email is technically provided by Zoner Oy, Finland.

Disclosure

We do not sell, rent or disclose contact details to third parties. Data may be disclosed to authorities where the law requires it.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or erasure, and to object to processing. Requests can be sent to info@lapinhunajamarja.fi.

If you believe your data is not processed lawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
